How do I file a complaint about the irresponsibility of FedEx delivery? I 0laced an order at a company on February 24 2021. I received an email that the package was on it's way. Origin it left from was Miami Florida. Destination is Texas. According to their web site, FedEx, it traveled up to Indianapolis making stops along the way and never left Indianapolis. Now I know delivery may take different routes depending on shipping selected but this is ridiculous. And now they tell me the package is LOST. How can a company whose business is DELIVERY loose a package. Do not use FedEx. They are not reliable. This was an order that has family pictures. What would anyone want with it. Sad lack of accountability on FedEx's response.
